Welcome to Dopamin. These terms apply to purchases made through our website. Dopamin is operated by Endgame Communications Pty Ltd ABN 96 106 743 659 in NSW, Australia.
Pre-launch boxes
Our first release is a limited pre-launch of 30 Dopamin boxes designed to test and develop the concept before a wider launch.
Dopamin boxes are curated surprise boxes containing a selection of genuine products sourced by us. Contents vary, and exact products, brands, characters, colours and designs are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.
Images and products shown on our website are examples of the style and types of products you may receive and do not represent the exact contents of every box.
Brands
Dopamin is an independent retailer. Our boxes may contain genuine products from a variety of third-party brands.
Brand and character names are used for identification and description only. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Dopamin is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or an authorised representative of these brands. All third-party trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Images
Some images may be digitally enhanced or arranged using AI to show products as part of the Dopamin box experience. Images are illustrative only. Digital enhancement is not intended to materially alter or misrepresent the products themselves.
Product safety
Dopamin boxes are designed and marketed for adults and are not children's toy boxes.
Some products may contain small parts that present a choking or swallowing hazard. Keep small items and packaging away from babies and young children. Products are not suitable for children under 3 unless expressly stated otherwise.
Please retain and follow any warnings, age recommendations and instructions supplied with individual products.
Orders and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.
Our pre-launch boxes are strictly limited and subject to availability. An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and accepted by us.
Surprise-box purchases
The surprise is part of the Dopamin experience. We do not offer refunds or exchanges simply because you would have preferred different products, brands, characters, colours or designs.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. If an item is faulty, damaged, unsafe or materially different from its description, please contact us at sally@endgamecommunications.com.au and we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Privacy
We collect and use personal information to process orders, provide customer service and, where you have opted in, keep you informed about future Dopamin releases. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping
We currently ship within Australia.
Orders will usually be dispatched within 3 business days. You'll receive confirmation when your Dopamin box is on its way. Delivery timeframes are estimates and occasional delays outside our control can occur. Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at sally@endgamecommunications.com.au.
Returns
Dopamin is a surprise-box experience, so we don't offer returns or exchanges simply because you change your mind or would have preferred different products, characters, brands, colours or designs. However, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.
If something arrives faulty, damaged, unsafe or materially different from its description, please contact us at sally@endgamecommunications.com.au with your order number and, where helpful, a photograph of the problem. We'll work with you to provide the appropriate refund, replacement or other remedy.
If you have any concerns about the safety of an item you receive, please stop using it and contact us.

At Dopamin, we respect your privacy and only collect information we need to operate our store, fulfil orders and keep you updated where you've asked us to.
What we collect
When you visit our website, place an order or register for future Dopamin releases, we may collect your name, contact details, delivery and billing information, order information, marketing preferences and information about how you use our website.
Payments are handled by our payment providers and we do not directly store your full payment card details.
How we use your information
We may use your information to:
- process and deliver orders;
- communicate with you about your order;
- provide customer service;
- manage returns, refunds and product-safety issues;
- operate and improve Dopamin; and
- tell you about future boxes, new drops and special offers where you have agreed to receive marketing from us.
Marketing
If you sign up for Dopamin updates or opt in to marketing at checkout, we may email you about future boxes, releases and offers.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us at hello@dopamin.com.au.
Unsubscribing from marketing won't prevent us from sending necessary messages about an order you've placed.
Sharing information
We may share information where necessary with trusted service providers that help us operate Dopamin, such as Shopify, payment processors, delivery providers and email services.
We do not sell your personal information.
Some service providers may process or store information outside Australia.

We take reasonable steps to keep personal information secure.
