Mystery is part of the magic ✨

Every Dopamin box is a surprise — that’s kind of the whole point! Your box is carefully curated with a mystery mix of kawaii goodies, which means you won’t know exactly what’s inside until you open it.

Because of this, we can’t accept returns or exchanges simply because an item isn’t quite your thing, you already own something similar, or you were hoping for something different. By purchasing a Dopamin Box, you’re agreeing to embrace the surprise.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or isn’t what it should be, please get in touch with us as soon as you can. Send us your order number, a quick description of the problem and, if possible, a photo of the item so we can help sort it out.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund or another solution in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@dopamin.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Changed your mind?

Because Dopamin boxes are curated and packed as mystery products, we generally don’t offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges once your order has been dispatched.

If you’ve made a mistake with your order and it hasn’t been sent yet, contact us as quickly as possible. We can’t promise we’ll be able to change or cancel it, but we’ll do our best.

One last thing…

Mystery boxes are about the fun of not knowing exactly what you’re going to get. Some things will be instant favourites, some might be delightfully weird, and occasionally something might be more your-bestie’s-vibe than yours.
